Foundation
Begin your Pilates journey with our Foundations class. Master core Pilates principles, learn proper exercise setups, and ensure safe equipment use. By the end, you’ll confidently perform traditional exercises with proper alignment and controlled breathing. This is the place to start if you have no prior experience.
Flow Level 1 & 2
For clients with Pilates experience who need modifications. This class emphasizes smooth, supported transitions and safe joint alignment, using props to strengthen arms, wrists, and core stability. Overhead and weight-bearing exercises are excluded or adapted.
Flow 1 – Slower pace, no standing on the Reformer. Focus on arm and wrist strength with modified sequences. Examples: Modified Down Stretch, Arm Weights, Modified Swan.
Flow 2 – Introduces carefully adapted standing or balance work and expands on classical repertoire with modifications. Examples: Elephant, Stomach Massage variations, Modified Short Spine.
Mixed Level 1 & 2
Ideal for clients with at least two months of consistent Pilates practice. This faster-paced Reformer class develops strength, flexibility, and control, while building on foundational work.
Mixed Level 1 – Progression from Foundations or Flow. Incorporates more coordination and resistance challenges. Examples: Feet in Straps, Short Box Series with Twist, Front Rowing Prep.
Mixed Level 2 – Progression from Mixed Level 1. Adds more complex classical exercises. Examples: Short Spine, Front and Back Rowing, Modified Teaser.
Prerequisite Level 2: You must be able to hold a strong plank, perform a push-up, and transition safely on and off the floor. You should recognize most exercise names and transitions without needing beginner modifications.
Intermediate (Instructor Approval Required)
For clients with a solid foundation and at least one year of consistent practice. This Reformer class is a faster-paced class with dynamic transitions, overhead work, and advanced coordination challenges. Examples include the Long Stretch Series, Full Stomach Massage Series, Knee Stretches with Round/Arched/Off, Teaser variations, and Overhead.
Prerequisite: You must safely execute Short Spine, Long Stretch Series, Knee Stretches, and Teaser without modification. If you don’t yet recognize exercise names or transitions, please continue in Mixed Level classes.
