What is Pilates

Created by Joseph Pilates as a system of movements and exercises to help you achieve overall fitness. Using specialized equipment he designed, the method works by toning muscles, facilitating muscular flexibility, joint range of motion and proper musculoskeletal alignment. The results will have you feeling refreshed and toned with improved strength, flexibility, balance, posture and coordination.
