Customized Pilates session to focus on your individual needs and goals. The 50-minute session include exercises on Reformer, Tower, Mat, and chair.

CLASS TYPES

Foundations

Learn core Pilates principles and safe Reformer setups. Perfect for beginners or those returning after a break

Flow 1

Gentle, steady-paced Reformer class with supportive modifications (no standing or wrist load).

Flow 2

Accessible, faster-paced Flow with more transitions and balance work, plus modifications when needed.

Mixed Level 1

Build on Foundations with new challenges at a comfortable pace. For clients with 2+ months experience.

Mixed Level 2

Dynamic Reformer class with more complex exercises and coordination work. For experienced clients.

Intermediate

Faster-paced, advanced Reformer with overhead work and resistance challenges. 1+ year consistent practice.

Tower/Mat

Full-body class blending classical Tower and Mat exercises. Great for experienced movers.

Policies

—Cancellations and No Shows

Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel a session after this, you will be charged the total amount of the session.

Cancel online at Punchpass or by emailing the studio, or contacting your instructor directly.

Clients who do not show up for their session will be charged the total price of their session.

4-month limit to all packages.

Pilates Key West will not refund unused classes or hold them past the 4 month period.

— Purchases

You can purchase session passes in person in the studio or (when available) online. We do not auto-renew passes when they are used up or expire, but we will email you a reminder. We do not offer memberships.
