Policies
—Cancellations and No Shows
Cancel by 5 pm the day before your appointment. If you cancel a session after this you will be charged for the full amount of the session.
Cancel by calling the studio, emailing, or contacting your instructor directly.
Clients that do not show up for their session will be charged the full price of their session.

4-month limit to all packages.
Pilates Key West will not refund unused classes or hold them past the 4 month period.
This includes gift certificates.
